We represent select, market-dominant brands and provide a full array of services and logistics to support both our suppliers and our customers.

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Pint Size Hawaii 'Ohana!

POSITION OVIERVIEW: The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.

Essential Functions:

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data
• Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
• Efficiently and accurately process all vendor invoices
• Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues
• Monthly expense accruals and reconciliations
• Other various accounting functions as assigned

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of accounts payable experience
• Associates degree preferred
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (i.e Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
